Foundation of Business Analytics
Quantitative Methods is an important course which will impart skills which will help you to work with data and come up with meaningful results after proper analysis. Knowledge of QM will help you to understand data better and after knowing the subject you will be able to take business decisions with higher degree of certainty. Concepts of QM will be used in all domains of management - marketing, finance, human resource and analytics.
Foundations of Quantitative Methods is the precursor to the first semester QM course. Foundations of Quantitative Methods has two sections: a) Section on Fundamentals of Business Mathematics and b) Section on Fundamentals of Statistics.
I will cover Section a - Fundamentals of Business Mathematics.
The Section b - Fundamentals of Statistics will be taught by Prof. Sujay K Dhar.
