Mettl introduced this handbook for understanding and implementing competency frameworks in organizations, that define a structured hiring process like:

  1. Knowing & understanding behavioral indicators of employees
  2. Developing a competency-based framework
  3. Having a set of questions to measure the competencies
This handbook also suggests a set of interview questions that can further aid in making better hiring decisions.

Unable to download the Handbook. Message on the screen is
